Welcome to New Providence Missionary Baptist Church! I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to visit with us, whether in person or online. It’s always a joy to welcome new faces and share the love of Christ with those who walk through our doors.

Here at New Providence, we are a church family committed to living out the truth of God’s Word. Our mission is simple but powerful — to proclaim the uncompromising truth of the Gospel, to make disciples, and to serve others in the name of Jesus. We believe in the life-changing power of the Gospel and are passionate about sharing it, both in our own community and around the world through mission work.

My journey with this church is a personal one. I grew up just a few miles from where the church now stands, raised in a pastor’s home by a father who once led this very congregation back in the 1950s. That heritage of faith continues to guide me today. Since becoming pastor of New Providence in 1998, it has been my honor to lead this church family with a heart for ministry, a commitment to biblical truth, and a deep love for people.

We strive to be a welcoming and Christ-centered community where individuals and families can grow in their relationship with the Lord. Whether you are new to faith, seeking answers, or have walked with Jesus for many years, there is a place for you here.
